At NPM, Homeowners have three options for paying your Condominium Fees:

EFT via Buildium (the preferred method):

Mailing a manual check
Doing Bill-pay thru their bank

If you prefer to mail a check or pay via Bill-Pay through your bank, please ensure your mailed check is sent to the following address for processing:
